１・Cannelloni：A particular kind of pasta, perfect to be stuffed with meat and other sauces! Easy to prepare, the pasta doesn't need to be boiled, and can be cooked directly in the oven!
２・Paccheri: Also this kind of pasta has a hole, like Cannelloni, but it's not directly stuffed with sauce.
Perfect with seafood based sauces.
